Now, we’re not saying the Kaiser should go full Speedo on us—ahem, Giorgio Armani—but a tightly buttoned shirt, heavy boots, and leather gloves? Is this a bit too extreme for August on the Côte d’Azur or is Karl just the ultimate fashionisto?
